Any party to a civil proceeding requesting service of a subpoena by the United States Marshals Service must provide notice to the Marshal of the request, along with all documentation necessary to effectuate service, no later than 30 days before the desired date of service. A lesser time period may be allowed only upon motion D.Mont L.R. 4.1 Issuance and Service of Process 14 | P a g e and good cause shown.
