(a) Unless otherwise ordered, the court will serve all orders and other court documents either: (1) electronically to attorneys participating in the CM/ECF system; or (2) by mail to self-represented parties and attorneys exempted from the CM/ECF system. (b) Entry of a court document in accordance with CM/ECF System Procedures constitutes entry on the docket under the Federal Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure.
