Any ballot accepting or rejecting a plan must be served on the plan proponent as specified on the ballot. No less than seven (7) days before the confirmation hearing, the plan proponent must file the Section 1126 Ballot Report Form (L.B.F. 3018-1) and serve a copy on the debtor (unless the debtor is the plan proponent) and each committee. The proponent must retain the ballots.
