Appeal From a Judgment or Order of a District Court When a party files a notice of appeal in a case that includes a claim under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, 22 U.S.C. § 9001 et seq., the party must immediately notify this court of such a claim by letter.
