(a) Motion. A request for temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction shall be requested by motion filed separately from the complaint. (b) Proposed Order. A proposed order shall be submitted in compliance with the Procedure for Submitting Proposed Documents to the Court, available on the Court’s website.
