debtor or chapter 11 trustee must: (a) secure, preserve, and refrain from disposing of property of the estate; (b) contact the chapter 7 trustee and arrange to deliver property of the estate and all books and records to the trustee or the trustee's designated agent upon request; and (c) within 7 days after entry of the order for relief, file and serve upon the U.S. Trustee and chapter 7 trustee, if appointed, a verified schedule of all property of the estate as of the date of conversion, and File a Proof of Service showing compliance with this Local Bankruptcy Rule and LBR 9006-2. 9 Go to Table of Contents [The next Rule is 2002] RULE 2002.
