Request for Allowance of Administrative Expense

(a) Motion. A request for allowance of an unpaid administrative expense, other than by a governmental unit exempt from filing a request under §503(b)(1)(D) or for professional compensation under L.R.B. 2016-1, shall be made by motion, unless otherwise provided in a confirmed plan. (b) Deadline for Filing Motion for Allowance of Administrative Expense. The court on its own motion or on motion of a party in interest may fix a deadline for filing a motion for allowance of an unpaid administrative expense.
