A law school student who has been certified by the Administrative Director of Illinois Courts to render services in accordance with Rule 711 of the Rules of the Illinois Supreme Court may perform such services in this Court under like conditions and under the supervision of a member of the trial bar of this Court. In addition to the agencies specified in paragraph (b) of said Rule 711, the law school student may render such services under the supervision of the United States Attorney for this District, the legal staff of any agency of the United States government or the Federal Defender Program for this District including any of its staff or panel attorneys or, with the prior approval of the assigned judge on a case-by-case basis, any member of the trial bar of this court.
