A motion to reopen a case, which may be granted summarily, must be accompanied by the appropriate filing fee unless waived by the Court. The filing fee may be waived if the case is opened to correct an administrative error, to assert the protection of the discharge injunction, or for cause shown. The motion must be served on: (a) the debtor; and (b) any other party as directed by the Court.
