When authorized by court order, a party may renew a previously adjudicated motion for relief from stay by filing correspondence giving 14 days’ notice of the renewal. If a party renews a motion for relief from stay with respect to real property in a chapter 13 case, the renewing party must simultaneously file one or more Declarations that evidence all information required by Local Rule 4001- 2(b)(2)(B)–(D) that is new or changed since the filing of the previously adjudicated motion.
