(a) Notice of Removal. A notice of removal shall be filed in accordance with Rule 5(b) of the Local Uniform Civil Rules of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. (e) Procedure After Removal. If a statement filed by a party in connection with the removed action states that the proceeding or any part of it is core, the party shall also state that the party does or does not consent to the entry of final orders or judgment by the bankruptcy judge if it is determined that the bankruptcy judge, absent consent of the parties, cannot enter final orders or judgment.
