Advisory Committee Notes 2023 Amendment This Local Rule was deleted due to the amendment of Local Rule 1007-1 which directs the filing of the list of creditors “in the format specified by the Clerk.” 2020 Amendment The amended rule includes two stylistic changes, deleting the name of the identified form and the website reference to maintain a consistent style for references to the court’s website throughout the rules. At the time of this amendment, the form is titled “Instructions for Creating a Mailing Matrix.” 6 RULE 1007-3 [Removed] Advisory Committee Notes 2020 Amendment This former rule required a statement of intention to “include the terms under which the stated intentions will be accomplished by the debtor.” The Committee recognized that this rule is generally not enforced any further than the current Official Forms require.
