Removal of an Action from State Court

(a) DIVISION ASSIGNMENT. The clerk must docket a removed action in the division that includes the county from which the party removed the action. (b) STATE COURT DOCKET. The removing party must file with the notice of removal a legible copy of each paper docketed in the state court.
(c) PENDING MOTION. A motion pending in state court when the action is removed is denied without prejudice.
