Telephonic participation in court hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the court’s Administrative Procedures for Telephonic Participation, which are attached as Appendix B. Telephonic participation in court hearings which involves the presentation of testimony or evidence is generally not permitted. Unofficial recordings of court proceedings are not permitted without leave of court.
