All court supporting personnel, including the United States Marshal, Deputy United States Marshals, the clerk of court, deputy clerks, probation officers, assistant probation officers, bailiffs, court reporters, and employees or subcontractors retained by the court-appointed official reporters, judges' secretaries, law clerks, student assistants, and other employees are prohibited from disclosing information relating to a pending grand jury proceeding or criminal case that is not part of the public records of the court without authorization by the court. Divulging information concerning in camera hearings is also prohibited. Effective September 1, 1990. 129
