Crim. LR 49.1 – Redaction of Filings ( See Fed. R. Crim. P. 49.1 ) The responsibility to redact filings pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 49.1 rests with counsel and the party or non-party making the filing. The Clerk’s Office is not required to review documents filed with the court for compliance with Fed. R. Crim. P. 49.1.
