(a) Uncontested Notice. Where a voluntary abandonment of property is not contested in a timely manner, the trustee or debtor-in-possession need only file 31 Go to Table of Contents the notice required by LBR 2002-2(a)(3) and Proof of Service; no further report need be filed. (b) Proof of Service. The Proof of Service required by this subsection must be attached to the original showing service on the debtor and U.S. Trustee.
