(a) Joint Pretrial Order. Unless otherwise directed by the Presiding Judge, a joint pretrial order shall be uploaded on CM/ECF at least seven (7) days prior to trial. All attorneys are responsible for preparing the pretrial order, which shall contain the following: (1) a summary of the claims and defenses of each party; (2) a statement of stipulated facts; (3) a list of contested issues of fact; (4) a list of contested issues of law; (5) an estimate of the length of trial; 40 (6) a list of additional matters that might aid in the disposition of the case; and (7) the signature of each attorney. (b) Proposed Findings and Conclusions.
Proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be filed at least seven (7) days prior to trial. (c) Conflict between Scheduling Order and Local Bankruptcy Rule. In any conflict between a scheduling order entered in an adversary proceeding and these Local Bankruptcy Rules, the scheduling order controls.
