Orders in Open Court. (a) Unless otherwise determined by the Court, orders announced in open Court will be prepared and entered by the Court. Orders and Judgments. (b) Unless otherwise determined by the Court, all orders and judgments shall be prepared and entered by the Court.
Notice of Entry of Orders and Judgments. (c) Service of orders and judgments will be made by the Clerk of Court in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 77(d). The date of service shall be indicated by the Clerk of Court on the electronic record. Proposed Judgments and Orders Prepared by the Court.
(d) When required by the Court, counsel shall prepare and file proposed judgments and orders for signature and submit in Word format to the judge’s chamber’s email. 42 January 2022
