22 (a) Trustee Need Not Attend. Unless ordered otherwise, the trustee need not attend hearings on creditor plan objections. (b) Confirmation Hearing. The Court will set a confirmation hearing on any party in interest’s request.

The right to a confirmation hearing within forty-five (45) days of the creditors meeting is waived absent a timely filed objection and hearing request.
