The mediator may schedule additional pre-session calls either jointly or separately as appropriate. Commentary If more than one pre-session phone conference is conducted, all counsel do not necessarily need to participate in every call but the lead counsel who will attend the Mediation session must participate in at least one pre-session phone conference.
