A. Specific Requirements.

1. The petition shall conform to the current Official Forms. 2. If the debtor is an artificial entity, a certified copy of the entity action authorizing the filing of the petition shall be attached to the petition.

All artificial entities, including, without limitation, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, may only appear through, and must be represented by, counsel at all times.
