(a) No corporation, partnership, unincorporated association, limited liability company or other entity shall file any 53 document or appear and be heard in any case or proceeding without an attorney, except to file proofs of claim, reaffirmation agreements, applications for compensation and related documents signed by a person authorized by law to act for the entity. (b) A party not represented by an attorney must appear personally at any hearing or proceeding requiring the party's appearance, unless excused by the court. (c) An unrepresented debtor's duty to appear may not be delegated to another person, including a spouse or other relative, without leave of court. (d) Every person not represented by an attorney shall comply with these Local Rules, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.
