(a) (b) Unless another form of payment is required by the Court, filers must pay by credit card, through the CM/ECF system, all applicable filing fees at the time of filing or by the end of the day on which the filing occurred. If fees are not paid within four days of the date incurred, the filer will be locked out of the CM/ECF system until full payment is made. 46 Comment This rule was added in 2013 to state the means and timing regarding payment of the filing fees, as well as the consequences of a failure to pay such fees.
