An attorney requesting leave to withdraw from representation of an organization of any kind 12/1/2025 Chapter I - 109 LOCAL RULES - CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA (including corporations, limited liability corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, unincorporated associations, trusts) must give written notice to the organization of the consequences of its inability to appear pro se. L.R. 83-2.3.5 Delays by Substitution of Attorneys. Unless good cause is shown and the ends of justice require, no substitution or relief of attorney will be approved that will cause delay in prosecution of the case to completion.
