In addition, the Clerk may sign and enter the following orders without further direction of a Judge: (a) Orders specifically appointing persons to serve process in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 4; (b) Orders on consent noting satisfaction of a judgment, providing for the payment of money, withdrawing stipulations, annulling bonds, exonerating sureties, or setting aside a default; (c) Orders of dismissal on consent, with or without prejudice, except in cases to which Fed. R. Civ. P. 23, 23.1, or 66 apply; (d) Orders establishing a schedule for case management in accordance with Civil L.R. 16; (e) Orders relating or reassigning cases on behalf of the Executive Committee; and (f) Orders taxing costs pursuant to Civil L.R. 54-4.
