(a) Orders on consent for the substitution of attorneys (b) Orders on consent satisfying a judgment, annulling bonds, or exonerating sureties; (c) Orders authorized by Fed. R. Civ. P. 77(c)(2); and (d) Orders authorizing admission under Local Civil Rule 83.1(d).
