Orders and Judgments by the Clerk

The Clerk is authorized to sign and enter the orders listed below without further direction by the court. (a) Orders on consent for the substitution of attorneys (b) Orders on consent satisfying a judgment, annulling bonds, or exonerating sureties; (c) Orders authorized by Fed. R. Civ. P. 77(c)(2); and (d) Orders authorizing admission under Local Civil Rule 83.1(d).
