Payments by the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee to classes of claims shall be made in the following order: The Chapter 13 Standing Trustee shall make payments from the funds received from the Debtor pursuant to this Chapter 13 Plan until satisfaction of all costs of administration, all claims entitled to priority under 11 U.S.C. § 507, the present value of all allowed secured claims, and payments to unsecured creditors as provided in this Chapter 13 Plan.
