A.Content of Objections to Exemptions. All objections to exemptions shall contain: 1.Specific identification of the property that the debtor(s) has claimed as exempt and to which the objection is addressed. 2.Basis for the objection, setting forth the legal and factual basis that give rise to the objection. B.Notice of Objections.

The objecting party must provide Notice of the Objection and Notice of Objection to Claim, Notice of Deadline to File Response and Notice of Hearing, Local Form 20B to the debtor, debtor’s counsel, the trustee and parties in interest that have requested notice. C.Deadline to Object in Converted Cases. Upon conversion of an individual case, a new deadline to object to property claimed as exempt shall be thirty (30) calendar days after the conclusion of the post-conversion meeting of creditors or within thirty (30) calendar days after any amendment to the list of supplemental schedule is filed, whichever is later.
