Trustee or other party in interest may file an objection to debtor’s claim of exemption in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4003(b), by using Mont.

LBF 29.

The objection shall include a legal and factual basis for the objection. The objection to debtor’s claim of exemption must be served upon debtor, debtor’s attorney, and trustee, if any.
