(a) Objections to a notice of mortgage payment change, together with Local Form CSD 1184 and a Proof of Service, must be filed and served on the creditor, chapter 13 trustee, and U.S. Trustee. (b) Before filing the objection to a notice of mortgage payment change, the objecting party must obtain a hearing date. (c) Any hearing on an objection to a notice of mortgage payment change requires at least 21 days’ notice to the creditor. The creditor must file a response to the objection to notice of mortgage payment change, along with Proof of Service, within 14 days after service of the objection.
