(a) Notices by Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Court shall notify pro se Defendants, and any guarantors or sureties, of all conferences, hearings, and trials. The Clerk shall keep a record of the date, time, and manner of the notice. (b) Service and Filing by Nonparties.

A nonparty shall serve every party as required by Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 49(a) and may use the Court’s electronic docketing system. 42
