The debtor or other party filing a bankruptcy case must promptly: (a) file Local Bankruptcy Form A with the clerk of any court where the debtor is a party to any judicial, administrative, or other action or proceeding and serve that Local Bankruptcy Form A on all parties of record in that action or proceeding; and (b) serve Local Bankruptcy Form A on all parties involved in a non-judicial foreclosure.
