- GENERAL 14 DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT (a) Unless the Bankruptcy Code or a Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure specifically requires otherwise, or KYEB LBR 9013-1(c) permitsotherwise, any notice of a 7 Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky deadline or hearing must include a certificate of service indicating that each party served has been given at least 14 days notice of the deadline or hearing date. (b) At the discretion of the Court, matters may be heard on less than 14 days notice when accompanied by a request to shorten notice as set forth in KYEB LBR 9014-1. (c) The limitations on service set forth in FRBP 2002(h) apply in this Court and a certificate of service must state when service in accordance with FRBP 2002(h) is provided.
