The Clerk shall prepare the notice of conﬁrmation hearing. The Clerk or the DIP if the Court directs, shall mail to the matrix, the notice and plan within seven (7) days of the entry of the notice of conﬁrmation hearing. Proof of service shall be ﬁled within two (2) days of the mailing.
