A motion to defer entry of the discharge order for the purposes of obtaining additional time to file a certificate showing that a course on personal financial management has been completed (if such a certificate is required by F.R.B.P. 1007(b)(7 must indicate why debtor is unable to obtain and file the certificate within the required time period. 24 Rule 4006-1 Closing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Cases Without Discharge. If a certificate showing that a course on personal financial management has been completed is not filed in accordance with F.R.B.P. 1007(b)(7) and (c) and the time limits contained therein, the clerk may close the case without the issuance of an order of discharge and notify creditors thereof.
