Objecting to Discharge A party seeking dismissal of a complaint objecting to a debtor’s discharge must file a motion in the adversary proceeding in accordance with L.B.R. 9013-1 and notice in substantial conformity with L.B.F. 7041-1.1, served on the United States Trustee, trustee, and other parties as directed by the Court, with opportunity to object. The motion must disclose all terms of any agreement made between the plaintiff and the debtor in relation to the litigation and its proposed dismissal. Appropriate orders may be requested using L.B.F. 9013-1.3 or 9013-1.4, as applicable.
