If the debtor seeks to modify a chapter 13 plan prior to confirmation, the debtor must serve a copy of the modified plan on the chapter 13 trustee, the United States Trustee, and such creditors as the Court may direct. Comment This rule is derived from Former Local Bankruptcy Rule 60 and supplements section 1323 of the Bankruptcy Code.
