16 Promptly after the mediation conference, the mediator shall file with the court, and serve on the parties and the Mediation Administrator, a certificate in the form provided by the court showing compliance or noncompliance with the mediation conference requirements of this rule and whether or not a settlement has been reached. Regardless of the outcome of the mediation conference, the mediator shall not provide the court with any details of the substance of the conference.
