Return to Top Pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 73, the full time magistrate judges of this Court are designated to conduct any or all proceedings in a jury or nonjury civil matter and order entry of judgment in the case, upon the consent of the parties, and upon entry of an order of reference in the particular civil matter by a district judge of this court, which order specifically transfers, assigns or refers the matter to a magistrate judge for all proceedings and for the entry of dispositive orders or judgment.
