USDC Habeas Corpus Local Rules – Revised July 2, 2012 HAB-6 (b) Missing Documents. If counsel for the petitioner claims that the respondent has not complied with the requirements of paragraph (a) above, or if counsel for the petitioner does not have copies of all the documents the respondent has lodged with the Court, counsel for the petitioner shall notify the Court in writing as soon as practicable, with a copy to the respondent. The respondent will provide copies of the missing documents to the Court and to the petitioner’s counsel, as appropriate.
