(a) Matters Not Covered by Local Rules. (1) (2) Consistent Practice. In any matter not covered by these Local Rules, the Court may regulate practice in any manner not inconsistent with the Fed. R. Bankr. P. and the Fed. R. Civ. P. Suspension of Rules. The Court, upon its own motion or the motion of any party, may change or dispense with any of these Local Rules in the interests of justice.

(3) Good Cause. A motion for waiver of these Local Rules may be approved if the Mont. LBR December 1, 2025
