Counsel for a party who desires to give notice of proceedings in this court involving title to real property by way of Lis pendens shall, at any time after proceedings have commenced, file with the Clerk a proposed order directing entry of the proceedings upon the judgment index and designating those persons against whom the proceeding is to be indexed. The Clerk shall note on the index the names of the persons indicated in the order, the number of the action, and the date when the entry is made. Counsel ordering the notation shall immediately notify the designated parties in writing. 1 These Rules may be cited and referred to as “Local Civil Rules” or abbreviated as “L. Civ. R.”.
