An attorney may not withdraw an appearance as counsel for the debtor in a bankruptcy case, or for any party in a pending contested matter or adversary proceeding, except by order of the court, unless another attorney eligible to appear before the court enters an appearance simultaneously. -28- Local Rule 3002-1 Amendment Proof of Claim in Chapter 7 Case In a chapter 7 case, a proof of claim may not be amended after the filing of the trustee’s Notice of Final Report.
