The Memorandum shall state whether any issues are triable to a jury as a matter of right and, if so, whether a timely demand for jury has been made, or whether the matter will be tried to the Court (F.R.Civ.P. 38, L.R. 38). If less than all issues are triable to a jury, the issues triable to a jury and to the Court shall be listed separately, with appropriate citation of authorities.
