This District has published, and adopts herein by reference, a Jury Selection Plan, a Criminal Justice Act Plan setting forth procedures and guidelines for the appointment of counsel in criminal cases, a Plan for Prompt Disposition of Criminal Cases to insure compliance with the Speedy Trial Act, Collateral Forfeiture/Appearance Bond Fee Schedule, and a Court Reporter Plan.
