Prospective grand and petit jurors shall be selected and qualified and jury panels shall be drawn pursuant to the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968, 28 U.S.C. '' 1861-70, and the current Jury Plan of this Court. The Jury Plan of this Court is attached hereto as Appendix A and is made a part of these rules. CR-16
