(a) Any case, contested matter, or adversary proceeding that is referred either automatically or otherwise to a particular bankruptcy judge may be heard by any other bankruptcy judge or by a bankruptcy judge designated and assigned temporarily to this district. (b) Judges assigned to either division of this court may hear cases in any official duty station in the district.
