SERVICE OF ORDERS.

Upon entry of an order submitted by a party, the submitting party shall serve a copy of the order upon all parties who are required to be served and who have not consented to receiving service electronically pursuant to Local Rule 5005-4(9)(b). The submitting party shall file a certificate of service with the court within 3 days of serving the order.
