(a) Unless the Court directs otherwise, the party who tendered an order or judgment that is entered is responsible for serving a copy of the entered order or judgment on any party designated to receive notice of the order or judgment that was not served by the Court’s ECF System. (b) The party responsible for service of an order or judgment to be served other than by the ECF System must, within 7 days of the entry of the order or judgment, file a certificate of service stating the date service of the order or judgment was completed and the manner of service.
